Identity

Mark 15:40-41

⁴⁰ There were also women looking on from afar, among whom were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James the Less and of Joses, and Salome, ⁴¹ who also followed Him and ministered to Him when He was in Galilee, and many other women who came up with Him to Jerusalem.

Often, it seems, that your identity is blurred by what you see physically. However, when you see, even from a distance, through eyes of trust and promise, you can line up to your identity in Christ. Belief in Jesus gives you an identity that cannot be bruised or scarred.

Where Is God?

Matthew 28:18-20

¹⁸ And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. ¹⁹ Go therefore^[a] and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,²⁰ teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

 

The sense of loneliness can be deceptive when in the midst of a storm.

"Where is the Lord?" and "Why does He seem so far away?" are everyday concerns and outspoken statements. The belief that He, the Lord, is with you at all times is most important in your walk and lifestyle as a Christian.

Finding Strength In Weakness

Text: 1 Samuel 30:1-10

A tough day At Ziglag!  What David did not do –

He did not let people influence him.

He did not let the situation master him.

He inquired of the Lord!

He gathered the wisdom of the Lord.

He took steps to better this grave day.

God’s “UNLIMITED” resources are yours when you believe! There is always an action before God’s reaction! 

Knowing and being reminded through prayer that we have a personal relationship with the Lord… A friendship that is everlasting!

The Greatest Gift

The greatest love is to lay down one's life!

Life is precious and is a gift from God! Each of us has life because of the grace and mercy of the Lord our God! Jesus gave up His life for all of us. He gave up His life for His friends so they (we) would have eternal life!

Light That Safeguards Your Steps

The darkness that we can cause in our lives by improper decisions can be blinding! Often forgetting whom the Lord is and what His Word can accomplish is the result of this blinding experience! Also, the enemy of our soul can darken the days to hinder the progress of your destiny

The Certainty Of God's Promise

The promises of God are sure and steadfast. They stand strong through every storm in life. Your circumstances may define your life as not being successful or even provided for but that is not the true definition of your life. Your faith is the key to your living above your circumstances.    

The DNA Of The Day Of Pentecost

Text: Acts 2:1-4; Acts 2:5-6; Acts 2:38-39

This great Day of Pentecost celebrated 50 days after Passover. This was and still is an integral part of the promise that Jesus gave to fill His Church with power and anointing to “Go” (Matthew 28:18-20) in the harvest fields throughout the known world.

Since that promise, there have been many souls saved and baptized with fire which John the Baptist stated would happen!

As this promise was manifested in the Upper Room where 120 people waited for the promise there was a noticeable character that was formed in the all of them. They received “SPIRITUAL DNA” from the Lord our God.    

The Silent Passion Of The Church

Text: John 2:16-17

Passion is when you put more energy into something than is required to do it. It is more than just enthusiasm or excitement, passion is ambition that is materialized into action to put as much heart, mind, and body and soul into something as is possible. 

You know when you are around someone that is passionate for something. You can tell by their approach, their speech, and their actions.

When you have passion for something or some activity, you live it, think about it and plan how to involve your whole self into what you are passionate about.

   

The Four Stages Of Faith

Text: Romans 12:3

Faith is a seed planted in our lives by the Lord- A measure of faith to each of us! Faith grows, if faith is nourished through and by beliefthat God will hear and respond. It will grow when you obey what the Lord statesto do! It grows when you live by faith not by sight!
